Do I pay for the AI as well?
Not to us. Junction runs no AI model, so there is no usage meter and no per-question charge. Your team uses its own Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot subscription, which you pay for directly.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If Junction is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. No forms and no questions.
What do I get for paying yearly?
10% off the twelve months, and one new connector for a system that is not on our list yet. Tell us what you run and we will build it as part of your annual plan.
Can I try it first?
Yes. A new account starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can connect a system and ask real questions before you subscribe.
Do I need a consultant or an implementation project?
No. You connect your systems yourself and add one address to your AI tool: about five minutes for cloud systems and ad platforms, about an hour for on-premise systems. If you would like help, book time with us, and the Business plan adds a named contact.
What counts as a connected system?
One connection to one system: a Vista database, a Meta Ads account, a Sage company. A system you connect twice (for example two Vista databases) counts twice.
I run an agency with many client accounts. How is that priced?
Agencies have their own plans on the Agencies tab. You pay for the platforms you connect and the people who use them, and every client account on a connected platform is included.
Who counts as a person?
Anyone who signs in to ask questions or administers access. People who never sign in do not count.
What happens if we go over our plan?
Nothing is switched off. Extra systems cost $150 each and extra people $15 each, per month, or you can move up a plan when that is cheaper.
Are the safeguards the same on every plan?
Yes. Junction only ever reads, access can be narrowed per person with roles and permissions, and every question is logged by name and outcome, never by value. These are not plan features.
Is a system I run not listed?
Tell us what you run. If it has a database or an API we can usually connect it, and Team and Business include priority help.
How is the self-hosted version priced?
As an annual licence based on the number of systems, with setup and support included. It is in early access, so we agree the price with each team once we understand the environment. Ask us and we will give you a number.

Agency questions
How is agency pricing different?
Direct plans count every connected account as a system. Agency plans do not: you pay for the platforms you connect (Meta Ads, Google Ads and so on) and the people who use them, and every client account on those platforms is included. Your bill does not rise when you win a client.
What counts as a platform?
One kind of system, such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok Ads, Taboola or Google Analytics 4. Connect as many client accounts on it as you like. Each different platform counts once.
Can account managers see only their own clients?
Yes. Roles and permissions limit each person to the platforms, and the client accounts, you choose. People who never sign in do not count.
Can my clients ask questions too?
Yes. A client user counts as a person, and you can limit them to their own account so they never see another client's numbers.
Is there a limit on client accounts?
No fixed limit per platform. Fair use applies: if you are connecting accounts at a scale far beyond your plan's people and platforms, we will talk to you before anything changes.
Can I start on a business plan and move to an agency plan?
Yes, at any time. Your connections stay as they are.
